Automotive Store Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.

Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
- Work to create strong customer relationships to retain current cliental and build new business
- Create and manage staffs weekly schedule and ensure hours are kept in compliance
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales goals to have an understanding of where the store needs to be to reach it's goal
- Keep a clean and safe work environment
- Provide onsite training to new hires
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed
- Three or more years of experience in a store manager or sales manager position in the automotive industry is necessary
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
- Possess a valid NY State driver’s license
- Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
