Lifepoint Health is seeking a strategic, consultative, and execution-focused professional talent to leadand continuously improve enterprise talent programs and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and People Services partners, translating business needs into scalable, data-informed talent solutions that strengthen leadership pipelines, improve organizational performance, and enhance the employee experience.
The job will be onsite in our Brentwood, TN office and may require occasional travel less than 25%.

What we're looking for Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, industrial/organizational psychology, communications or a related field.
Additional requirements include:
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in talent management, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, human resources, consulting, or a related discipline required.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise talent initiatives, consulting with senior leaders, facilitating leadership discussions, designing talent programs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and utilizing workforce analytics to influence decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience leading enterprise talent processes, executive facilitation, organizational change, and strategic workforce initiatives.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools & Oracle HCM solutions.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• SHRM, SPHR, CPTD, PMP, or similar certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated consulting, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and executive influence skills.
• Strong analytical, business acumen, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and collaboration technologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
