Job Summary
Seeking a Talent Sourcer with 3+ years of technology sourcing experience to support talent acquisition efforts by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top talent. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI-powered sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research for niche skill sets.
- Utilize AI sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean searches.
- Engage passive candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring initiatives.
- Leverage social media and branding strategies to attract candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of talent sourcing experience within the technology industry.
- Experience with AI sourcing tools and advanced Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Strong talent mapping, market research, and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience sourcing for technical and technology-related roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.
- Experience with platforms such as SeekOut, hireEZ, Findem, Gem, or Eightfold.
- Knowledge of recruiting trends and talent intelligence practices.
