About Us:
Ripple Effect Consulting (REC) is looking for a proactive, curious
entry-level Talent Sourcer to join our team and grow into a full-cycle recruiting career. No prior recruiting experience required — just a strong work ethic, curiosity about people and industries, and a desire to learn the business from the ground up. You'll start by mastering candidate sourcing, then grow into client-facing recruiting as you develop.

What You'll Do (Day One):
- Research and identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and other sourcing tools
- Build and organize a pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles
- Conduct initial outreach calls and messages to gauge candidate interest
- Learn our industry verticals: Architecture, Engineering, Civil, Construction, Water, Wastewater, Environmental, etc.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Shadow recruiters on candidate screens and client calls
What You'll Grow Into:
- Conducting candidate interviews and reference checks
- Managing client and hiring manager relationships
- Negotiating and closing placements
- Marketing REC's recruiting services to new clients
What We're Looking For:
- Entry-level — no recruiting experience required; prior sales, customer service, or client-facing work is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn — comfortable asking questions and taking feedback
- Resilience and comfort with rejection (cold outreach is part of the job)
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines
- Interest in the industries listed above
- Coachable, entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to accountability
Details:
- Location: In-office, DTC area (Denver Tech Center)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Compensation: $24/hour
