The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting to Talent Acquisition Partner primarily for Solution Delivery for positions such as Project Manager, Functional and Technical Consultants, ABAP Developers, Data Scientist and more. This person can also work on other roles deemed as high priority or critical, only by Global Talent Acquisition Director.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate searches using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing
  tools
• Support creation of candidate pipelines for active and upcoming hiring needs
• Send outreach messages to potential candidates using prepared templates and personalization
  guidelines.
• Schedule screening calls and coordinate candidate communication.
• Perform initial candidate qualification based on defined criteria (skills, location, availability).
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS/CRM (e.g., UKG).
• Research companies, competitors, and talent markets to support sourcing strategies.
• Assist with diversity sourcing initiatives and talent community engagement.
• Participate in employer branding activities such as talent communities and events.
• Learn and apply Boolean search techniques and sourcing best practices

For candidates hired in the United States, the base salary range is USD $60,000–$75,000 annually. For candidates hired in Canada, the base salary range is CAD $65,000–$75,000 annually. Compensation for candidates hired in Mexico will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and local market considerations.

Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The position is to be also eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
