As a Talent Solutions and BD Specialist, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and selecting top -tier talent while acquiring new clients in the US for our talent solution services. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross -sell opportunities. Utilizing your headhunting expertise, you will engage passive candidates to ensure successful project outcomes and a strong fit for our organization.

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/div>
  • Possess strong headhunting expertise, including sourcing passive candidates, along with in -depth knowledge of the full recruitment process. Experience in recruiting for talent solution and technology roles is highly advantageous.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to fulfill the organization's hiring needs and support its growth objectives.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Utilize your extensive experience in headhunting to identify proactively and engage with passive candidates in the industry, establishing and nurturing relationships for future opportunities.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, professional networks, social media platforms.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee the end -to -end recruitment process and build strong relationships with external agencies and networks to enhance talent sourcing and recruitment effectiveness.

  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews with shortlisted candidates, including behavioral and competency -based interviews, technical assessments, and case studies when applicable.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to improve the talent acquisition process continuously and attract top -quality candidates.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidates pipelines, track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identify potential US clients through market research and competitor analysis, then contact them via phone and email to introduce our talent solution services and generate interest by highlighting key benefits.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs and identifying upselling opportunities, while delivering tailored sales presentations that highlight the value of our talent solution services.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Negotiate contracts for mutually beneficial terms, secure long -term partnerships, and collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Schedule meetings: Schedule meetings with decision -makers within prospective client organizations. Arrange demos, presentations, and discussions to showcase our services and address client requirements.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Looking for a MBA graduate to drive strategic initiatives and optimize business operations.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Preferred Work Experience: At least 2+ years of experience.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, including advanced business writing skills and professional verbal presentation skills suitable for a range of audiences.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong relationship management skills, including stakeholder relations management, business networking, diplomacy, negotiation, change management and consulting/advisory skills.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent listening skills, and the ability to provide and receive effective feedback.
