Talent Recruiter

About the Role

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking a Talent Recruiter to support two top-performing recruiters on searches across a wide range of industries and functional areas. This is more than a sourcing role. You'll partner closely with your dedicated recruiters to identify, engage, and qualify talent, helping drive searches forward and deliver winning results for clients. We're looking for someone who enjoys research, understands how to evaluate candidate fit, and takes pride in uncovering hard-to-find talent.

What You'll Do

• Build targeted candidate pipelines for active searches
• Source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other tools
• Conduct candidate screens to assess experience, interest, and fit
• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and refine search strategies
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance sourcing, research, and outreach efforts
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS
• Shadow top-performing recruiters on client calls and search strategy meetings as part of your professional development
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• Strong research and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search techniques
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is a plus
• Interest in training and advancement
