What You'll Be Doing
As our Talent Program Specialist, you'll design, implement, and manage programs that support performance management, leadership growth, succession planning, and employee career pathing. You'll work closely with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure our talent strategies align with Nextech's business goals and culture.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Bring Nextech's people strategy to life by designing and executing impactful talent programs that elevate engagement, recognition, and career growth
  • Support and evolve performance management processes, including goal setting, reporting, and analytics
  • Help shape career pathing strategies and competency frameworks that guide employees toward meaningful growth opportunities
  • Contribute to high-potential programs, talent reviews, and succession planning efforts that strengthen Nextech's future leadership pipeline
  • Support employee and leadership development initiatives through facilitation, and program coordination
  • Analyze program data, build dashboards, and deliver insights that influence decisions around retention, productivity, and performance
  • Support execution of the annual employee engagement survey
  • Support recognition programs that celebrate achievements, milestones, and peer success across the organization
  • Partner with internal teams to promote talent initiatives, strengthening Nextech's employer brand and culture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and consistency across programs
  • Manage vendor relationships and program logistics to deliver high-quality experiences at scale
  • Maintain accurate records, metrics, and budgets to ensure compliance and program effectiveness

This role is based in Melbourne, FL with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule. Highly qualified candidates outside the area may be considered for remote work.
