About the Role:

This Talent Pool encompasses multiple critical roles within the mortgage lending process, including Loan Officer, Underwriter (UW), Funder, Account Executive (AE), and Sales Relationship Coordinator. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Relevant state licensing or certification for Loan Officers (e.g., NMLS license) where applicable.
• Demonstrated experience in mortgage lending, underwriting, funding, or sales within the finance and insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan processing procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mortgage loan origination software and underwriting platforms.
• Proven track record in sales or client relationship management within the mortgage or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations, including RESPA, TILA, and ECOA.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or similar credentials.

Responsibilities:
