Reporting to the Senior Director for Talent Management, the Talent Management Specialist provides exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers. Acting as the point of contact for questions pertaining to applying, interviewing, and onboarding, the Talent Management Specialist supports the full cycle of the applicant experience. The Talent Management Specialist works closely within the human resources team and with partner constituencies including but not limited to the provost's office, academic departments, and information technology.

Pay Transparancy:
