As a key member of the North American Human Resources Leadership Team, the Head of Talent Management will drive the strategic talent agenda with the responsibility for the attraction, identification, engagement, development, retention, and deployment of talent across the business. Reporting to the Human Resources Leader for North America and in partnership with Human Resources and operational leaders of the business, the Head of Talent Management will ensure that the organization has the requisite capabilities to meet current and future business and people needs to enable the success of the business.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the field of Talent Management including specific talent acquisition leadership experience. Strong influential leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing highly effective talent development programs. A deep understanding of the application and utilization of technology to enhance talent management initiatives. Proven experience in designing and implementing practical yet creative organizational development programs/projects. Knowledge, understanding and ability to apply project management principles and drive impactful change management initiatives. Experience with executive coaching and the use of psychometrics for the development of effective leaders. Excellent stakeholder management.
