Talent Director & Talent Manager

Location: Los Angeles or New York City

We’re hiring both roles for a leading talent management firm representing influencers and creators. You’ll build brand partnerships, support talent’s long-term growth, and work alongside a creative, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage creator relationships and advise on partnerships and career growth.
• Pitch, negotiate, and secure deals with brands and agencies.
• Oversee contracts and partnership execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team.

Talent Director | $130,000–$150,000 base + bonus

A senior role leading talent managers and coordinators while managing a select group of creators.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience at a talent management firm required and managing a team
• Strong industry relationships and experience mentoring or managing a team.

Talent Manager | $95,000–$110,000 base + bonus

A hands-on role managing creator relationships and growing their brand partnerships.

• 2+ years of talent management and/or influencer marketing experience.
• More flexibility on background; talent management firm experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Work Structure & Benefits
