Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and coach team members on Chick-fil-A’s policies and procedures
• Oversee initial and recurring training to ensure continuous development
• Support a positive work culture in both front and back of house
• Collaborate closely with leadership to track and assess employee progress
• Troubleshoot minor guest issues and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Assist with side duties during non-peak hours

Required Skills & Attributes

• Enthusiastic, courteous, and hospitable with a passion for operational excellence
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Patient, eager to learn, and comfortable with diversity
• Willingness to step outside of role to support team needs
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
