- Working on 5-8 jobs
- TA optimization projects:
- LinkedIn job postings- non manual
- Job posting compliance
- ADP Selection and Screening- update requirements and create adjudication matrix
- ICims- update application screening requirements (salary required) and integrate AI tool
- Start reviewing TA metrics for 2026 and think through a dashboard.
