Shift: Days | Monday–Friday
Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Estimated Hours: 40 hrs/week | 5x8s
Start Date: 09/14/2026
Requirements:
- 1–2 years recruiting coordination, HR administration, physician liaison, or related HR experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Oracle preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion
- Comfortable coordinating with physicians, clinical leadership, and senior stakeholders
- Must be local to the area; M–F, 8 AM–5 PM schedule
