As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to identify, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. You'll be a strategic partner to the business, driving hiring outcomes through structured processes, operational excellence, and compelling candidate experiences. This role goes beyond filling roles- it's about building scalable systems, activating talent pipelines, and crafting content that helps candidates opt in with eyes wide open.

    Your Role at a Glance

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels for assigned requisitions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
    • Own job posting strategy across boards and channels; pilot new sources, monitor performance and ROI.
    • Map and document the recruiting process; create SOPs and playbooks for intake, screening, interviewing, and offers; drive continuous improvement using industry best practices.
    • Own ATS hygiene, requisition workflows, templates, and reporting to support compliance, visibility, and operations consistency.
    • Assist in tracking and improving funnel metrics (TTF, TTH, NPS); providing weekly insights to hiring leaders to inform decisions and forecast needs.
    • Coach interview teams on process, tools, and candidate experience.
    • Collaborate and participate in industry events, info sessions, and job fairs.
    • Partner with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to align hiring efforts with organizational goals, culture, and workforce planning.
    • Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting, use data to iterate tactics and processes.

    What Sets You Apart

    We're looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered. SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS-CIR, or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter certification preferred.
    • 3-5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, or talent sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that attract diversified talent.
    • Proficiency with ATS platforms, requisition workflows, and reporting.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Strong process orientation with experience mapping workflows, creating SOPs/playbooks, and driving continuous improvement
    • Proficient in tracking funnel metrics (TTF, TTH, NPS) and translating data into actionable insights.
    • Comfortable managing compliance, documentation, and audit-ready recruiting operations.
    • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for improving systems, experiences, and outcomes.
    • Empathetic and candidate-centric, with a commitment to inclusive hiring practices and transparent communication.
