Description
Well-known healthcare orgaization has a Long-Term Temporary, potential Temporary to Direct Hire, Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity available at their White Plains offices. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. This opportunity is fully onsite and conveniently located near the White Plains train station and major highways. Some travel to job fairs throughout the region will be required.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract healthcare professionals at various levels
- Work closely with the Career Services team to support job readiness for candidates,integrating training and resources that enhance their qualifications
- Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and match candidates with appropriate job openings within the healthcare industry. Collaborate with external HR recruiters to understand position requirements and align candidate placements effectively
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate data, and support efficient placement workflows
- Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment forums, and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
