SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for owning and executing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, from initial intake through offer and onboarding handoff. This role ensures alignment with business needs, compensation structures, and organizational priorities while delivering a high-quality hiring experience and maintaining high standards of candidate and stakeholder experience.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to drive candidate quality, maintain process integrity, and ensure consistent, efficient recruitment execution across the organization. This is a full-time, fully onsite role based in Virginia Beach, VA. Relocation assistance is not currently offered for this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a full-time, fully onsite role based in Virginia Beach, VA.This position may pccasionally work in various environments including office, factory or home settings. Employees who are authorized to work from home are expected to comply with all company requirements for core work hours or in-person attendance at company meetings or events.
