Reliance One is recruiting a Contract Recruiter for one of our clients in Utica, Michigan. We're looking for someone with 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience who can step into a fast-paced environment and manage recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Utica, MI

Pay: $30–$31/hour

Employment: Contract-to-Direct Hire

Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision begin Day 1

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll partner directly with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruiting strategies for both hourly and salaried positions.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Proactively sourcing candidates for open and hard-to-fill roles

• Screening resumes and evaluating candidates

• Partnering with hiring managers on interviews and candidate selection

• Creating and extending employment offers

• Coordinating background checks and new-hire onboarding

• Recruiting interns and apprentices and supporting early-talent programs

• Building relationships with schools and community organizations

• Attending job fairs, campus events, and recruiting events

• Supporting temporary staffing needs

• Maintaining accurate recruiting documentation and candidate records

• Supporting employee engagement and Talent Acquisition initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

**Must Have a Bachelor's Degree**

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience

• Full-cycle recruiting experience (automotive / manufacturing ex: Engineering, technical roles, etc.)

• Experience sourcing both hourly and salaried talent

• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills

• Experience using social media, resume databases, and professional networks

• LinkedIn Talent Solutions experience highly preferred

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organization and follow-through

• A sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities
