Position summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the U.S. Professional Staff Recruitment team and provides administrative and operational support throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This role partners closely with Senior Recruitment Team Leads and Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure an efficient and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting candidate review activities, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting system data, posting job opportunities, administering assessments, assisting with offer preparation, and facilitating candidate communications. This individual will leverage the firm's recruitment management system to support recruiting operations, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct initial resume reviews against established hiring criteria and escalate qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Senior Recruitment Team Leads for further evaluation.
  • Post positions to recruiting platforms, specialty job boards, and internal career sites.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate candidate records within the firm's recruitment management system.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Prepare interview materials and distribute candidate information to interview teams.
  • Administer candidate assessments and monitor completion status.
  • Assist with candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.
  • Assist with offer documentation and support the offer approval process.
  • Monitor recruiting workflows and ensure timely movement of candidates through all stages of the hiring process.
  • Respond to routine candidate and hiring team inquiries and escalate complex recruiting matters as appropriate.
  • Support agency coordination activities and maintain recruiting documentation.
  • Coordinate internally with Hiring Managers, Local HR Managers, HR Business Partners, and recruitment team members to support recruiting activities.
  • Ensure recruiting workflows are completed accurately and within established service levels.
  • Assist with maintaining recruiting reports and hiring activity documentation.
  • Assist with other recruitment or Human Resources duties, as needed.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred but not required. SHRM Certified Professional or HRCI Certification is a plus.

Experience: One to three years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, human resources, staffing, or administrative experience preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruitment technology platforms, or related systems preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while providing exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Supervisory responsibilities: None.

Working conditions

Works in a remote office setting. Occasionally called upon to work hours in excess of the normal daily schedule.

Pay ranges

This is a non-exempt position. The hourly wage range for this role is $26.92 to $31.25, with an estimated annual compensation range of $56,000 to $65,000, based on expected hours. This represents the presently anticipated pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
