    About the Opportunity
    We are seeking an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide recruiting support during a transitional period. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and can quickly step into an active recruiting desk with minimal training.

    The ideal candidate will have strong Workday Recruiting experience, corporate recruiting expertise, and the ability to independently manage multiple requisitions from opening through finalist selection. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on execution, candidate engagement, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience.
    Responsibilities
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through finalist selection.
    • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple recruiting channels.
    • Review applications and conduct recruiter phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
    • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide candidate updates, and keep searches moving efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within Workday.
    • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.
    • Assist with recruiting process improvements while maintaining established Workday recruiting workflows.
    Qualifications
    • Corporate recruiting experience required.
    • Strong experience with Workday Recruiting is highly preferred (or extensive experience using a comparable Applicant Tracking System).
    • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience sourcing and recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or similar corporate positions.
    • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
    Preferred Experience
    • Recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, energy, or technical environments.
    • Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple departments.
    • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality candidate pipelines.
