  • Represent and promote the client's employer brand across online channels and in-person events.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Re-engage prior applicants for new opportunities and maintain positive, ongoing candidate relationships.
  • Support or lead job fairs and hiring events on the client's behalf; represent the client at relevant industry conferences and community events.
  • Manage initial candidate screening, including resume review, phone screens, and interview scheduling with client hiring managers.
  • Cultivate relationships with area high schools, colleges, and vocational programs to build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to both the client and Principle HR on pipeline health, sourcing metrics, and hiring progress.

  • Hands-on experience with candidate selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.).
  • Experience using recruiting software and social platforms for sourcing.
  • Skilled in sourcing techniques (social media recruiting, Boolean search strings).
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the client's industry.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a distributed RPO team, coordinating across Principle HR and client stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel locally for career fairs and recruitment events.
