Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking two Talent Acquisition Specialists for a national forest products company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in requisition management and ATS support looking to further their career in talent acquisition and HR technology.
Manage salaried, non-production requisitions from posting through offer, including candidate communications and interview coordination
Serve as primary contact for hiring managers on requisition status and process
Support the Taleo-to-UKG migration: data validation, system testing, requisition cleanup, and posting management
Maintain job postings and ATS data integrity by correcting duplicate or incomplete data
Essential Qualifications
3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency), including requisition management
ATS experience (Taleo, UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) and validating large recruiting data sets
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; customer-focused with exceptional detail orientation
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with both Taleo and UKG
Experience supporting HR system implementations or large process changes
