The Person We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who can be both a recruiter and an HR partner.
You should be resourceful enough to find a difficult-to-recruit construction professional, organized enough to manage multiple open positions, approachable enough that employees feel comfortable coming to you, and confident enough to advise management when a difficult HR issue arises.
We value integrity, accountability, discretion, good judgment, responsiveness and follow-through.
Most importantly, we want someone who understands that HR is about more than policies, and recruiting is about more than résumés. It's about putting the right people in the right positions, developing them, supporting them and helping build an organization where talented people want to stay.
