You will be part of a centralized recruitment team supporting hiring across all U.S. locations. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including: Sourcing candidates from the external market using a variety of channels Conducting a high volume of phone interviews Delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong engagement with prospective hires Maintaining accurate and thorough recruitment records Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing hiring outcomes where needed About You There is significant crossover between the skills required to be a successful CRM/SCRM and those of a strong recruiter.
