This position will directly assist the Talent Acquisition Manager at the Rhome, TX site (near Fort Worth) focusing on operational recruitment activities, extending job offers, attending job fairs, hosting onboarding/orientation, and supporting employee relations projects. Hybrid flexibility of 1 day a week may be possible after the training period has concluded.
