Talent Acquisition Specialist – Premier PV

Are you passionate about helping build the workforce that powers America's renewable energy future? Premier PV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition Lead in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent across our manufacturing operations. 

In this role, you will play a critical part in recruiting both hourly production employees and salaried professionals who contribute to the success of our solar module manufacturing facility. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and the Talent Acquisition Lead to execute recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has experience supporting high-volume recruiting while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate engagement. 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions across the organization.

• Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify qualified talent aligned with business needs.

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain candidate movement throughout the hiring process.

• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts and hiring decisions.

• Assist with offer preparation, offer presentation, and pre-employment activities.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Candidate Experience & Recruiting Operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and responsiveness.

• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, onboarding documentation, and orientation readiness.
• Ensure candidates successfully transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.

Manufacturing Recruiting & Talent Attraction

• Lead recruiting support for manufacturing, production, operations, maintenance, quality, and warehouse positions.

• Support career fairs, hiring events, workforce development initiatives, and community partnerships.

• Develop relationships with technical schools, universities, community organizations, and referral networks.

• Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent.

Reporting, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics.

• Assist with recruiting reports and staffing updates for business leaders.

• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.

• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.

Team Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, Human Resources, hiring managers, and business leaders to achieve staffing goals.

• Provide market feedback and recruiting insights to support hiring decisions.

• Support special projects and Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition best practices.

• Experience managing high-volume recruiting while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technical, or operations recruiting experience preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant recruiting experience will be considered.

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience preferred.

• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried recruiting is strongly preferred.

• Manufacturing, industrial, production, engineering, technical, or operations hiring experience preferred.
