    Purpose
    Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.
    The Sr Specialist, Talent Acquisition Event Planning sits within our Operations and Innovation team and engages in all aspects of event planning and marketing for major enterprise diversity conferences, function-specific recruiting events, and serves as the on-site event production lead for production and execution.

    Responsibilities
    List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about accountability and scope.

    " Leads event planning project management and meetings, providing recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors with daily tactical guidance to meet deadlines on-time, with clear communications, and to a high degree of excellence.
    " Serves as the event core team weekly meeting facilitator, developing meeting agendas and post-meeting recaps, and following up with stakeholders to ensure the completion of action items.
    " Manages the end-to-end enterprise event registration process for conference attendees, including gathering and organizing key attendee details in the master conference project plan.

    " Supports conference event attendee onboarding, including developing PowerPoint slides and presenting at event team kick-offs and other related meetings.

    " Manage the end-to-end hoteling process for *** attendees and our vendor partners, including booking and managing hotel room blocks and working directly with hotel vendors for enterprise conference needs and expense reporting.

    " Provides on-site direction and tactical support to recruiters, vendors and business leaders. Troubleshoots and identifies real-time solutions during the tactical execution of events (e.g. technology support, shipping/packing, swag orders, speaker logistics).

    " Tracks, analyzes and offers insights into key event data to anticipate inventory needs (e.g. swag orders and event materials) and provide overall feedback on event performance and ways to improve.
    " Edit event flyers and social media templates, and own the scheduling, execution and performance measurement of social media campaigns that support event marketing.

    " Create, manage, and optimize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) communications, including building audience lists, executing email campaigns, and performance tracking, to ensure effective engagement before, during, and after each event.

    " Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communications teams to align event and campaign messaging, maintain brand consistency, and maximize the impact of social media and CRM initiatives.


    Qualifications
    List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.
    " Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or related field required.
    " Minimum 4 years related experience supporting event or conference planning required. Recruiting or Diversity & Inclusion experience, a plus.
    " Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems, draw conclusions and recommend solutions.
    " Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and ability to effectively influence others at all levels in an organization.
    " Strong project management and organizational skills.
    " Demonstrated experience managing social media marketing campaigns and/or email campaigns.
    " Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a team member.
    " Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy in reports and project plans, and follow through.
    " Outstanding ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
    " Previous experience working in Talent CRM, Project Management, and/or Event technology preferred, e.g. SmartRecruiters, Phenom People, Asana, or Yello
    Travel: 30-40%
