Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments
• Manage employer branding initiatives and career page content
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles
