Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary:

Leads the strategy to attract, develop, and retain exceptional clinical talent by building innovative recruitment programs, strengthening talent pipelines, and positioning UT Medical Center as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative clinical recruitment strategies that support organizational growth.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-fill.

• Create targeted sourcing and recruitment marketing campaigns that attract top talent.

• Establish partnerships with schools, professional organizations, and community stakeholders to expand candidate pipelines.

• Promote UT Medical Center through networking, career events, and healthcare workforce initiatives.

• Develop programs that attract both emerging and experienced healthcare professionals.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.

• Partner with leaders to support onboarding, career development, and retention initiatives.

Position Qualification:

Education: Bachelors degree in HR or related discipline.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience with ATS, leading recruitment initiatives and developing marketing campaigns for recruitment.

Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent computer skills are required to perform successfully in this role.
