Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist I

Introduction
Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition organization as a consultative talent partner to assigned business unit(s) to facilitate the achievement of business goals related to “go-to-market” and acquisition strategies. This role focuses on recruitment for the North America Organization, requisition management, and client management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using an ATS
- Strong preference for manufacturing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience and at least 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience
- Commercial Recruiting experience
- Experience in managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings
- Pre-screen candidates, partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies, and provide talent for open positions
- Manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments
- Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and Client policies and practices
- Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing-related activities and issues
