Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, frontline roles, primarily supporting residential programs. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines and making a direct impact on workforce success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple open positions and drive recruiting efforts for high-volume roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Identify, screen, and coordinate candidates through the interview process
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Participate in community outreach efforts such as job fairs and recruitment events
- Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes
- Collaborate with internal recruiting team members to ensure consistency and coverage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience sourcing candidates in competitive labor markets
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
