Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Pay: $47,840 – $52,000 annually (hourly equivalent: $23.00 – $25.00)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, frontline roles, primarily supporting residential programs. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines and making a direct impact on workforce success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple open positions and drive recruiting efforts for high-volume roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies
  • Identify, screen, and coordinate candidates through the interview process
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Participate in community outreach efforts such as job fairs and recruitment events
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting team members to ensure consistency and coverage


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience sourcing candidates in competitive labor markets
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
