    Come join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist! In this role, you'll play a key role in building high-performing teams by recruiting, interviewing, and screening candidates for a variety of positions across the company. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify department needs, promote Belmark's culture throughout the hiring process, and ensure candidates have a positive and engaging experience from start to finish.     Schedule:

    • 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

    What will I do in this role?

    • Interview applicants and gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills and salary requirements.
    • Schedule and coordinate follow-up interviews with company supervisors. Conduct pre-employment checks for selected candidates.
    • Meet with the department supervisors to discuss upcoming company needs and develop multifaceted recruitment program.
    • Partner with sales leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruiting strategies for attracting top sales talent.
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for sales roles, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer facilitation.
    • Make recommendations for improvement of company’s employment procedure and practices.
    • Develops, implements and evaluates the company’s procedures on recruitment, testing, selection and job placement.
    • Utilize and recommend applicable software programs to increase recruitment efficiency.
    • Support internal talent mobility by providing guidance and responding to employee inquiries regarding career opportunities, internal job postings, and application processes.
    • Support the administration of the tuition reimbursement program by providing guidance to employees, answering inquiries, and facilitating reimbursement requests.
    • Provide information on the company, its policies, benefits and available opportunities to agencies and prospects.
    • Develop sources of qualified applicants.
    • Knowledgeable of developments in employment law and ensures adherence to legislative requirements and company polices.
    • Maintain professional relationships with employment representatives from other organizations, possible through membership in various professional associations.
    • Travel to various job fairs and represent Belmark to potential candidates. May require overnight travel.
    • May perform other duties as assigned by manager.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to effectively utilize (writing, speaking, reading) the English language.
    • Requires education as is generally acquired in four (4) years of college with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; and/or four (4) years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
    • Prior experience recruiting for technical and sales positions preferred.
    • Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans.
    • Ability to operate a computer & a variety of standard office equipment.
    • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and recruitment priorities.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
    • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing high volumes of work.
    • Ability to learn and effectively utilize applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and recruitment technologies.
    • Ability to facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
