May sit anywhere in US but must be open to work Central time zone

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and establish selection criteria.
Use market intelligence, talent mapping, and sourcing insights to develop recruiting strategies.
Configure and optimize recruiting workflows and approved recruiting technologies.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill positions.
Review AI-generated candidate recommendations and apply human judgment to hiring decisions.
Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and process management.
Support offer development, compensation discussions, approvals, and offer documentation.
Maintain accurate recruiting records, compliance documentation, and requisition data.
