Accentuate Staffing  is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and help shape talent acquisition strategy for one of our Raleigh based clients. This role serves as a recruiting subject matter expert and partners closely with Human Resources and hiring managers to attract top talent, strengthen hiring capabilities, improve recruitment processes, and build sustainable talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on recruiter who can balance day-to-day recruiting with long-term talent initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting, sourcing, candidate selection, and hiring best practices.
Partner with the Director of Human Resources to prioritize recruiting needs and align talent strategies with business objectives.
Develop scalable and consistent recruiting processes across the organization.
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from hiring-manager intake through onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Conduct market research and provide recommendations regarding compensation and recruitment approaches.
Create engaging, brand-aligned job postings.
Source and pre-screen candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
Develop structured interview guides and assessment tools to promote consistent and objective hiring decisions.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, feedback, and follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Train, coach, and support hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection best practices.
Help improve hiring quality, candidate experience, and recruiting consistency across the organization.
Develop early-career talent programs, including internships and graduate hiring initiatives, based on business needs.
Build relationships with universities, colleges, trade schools, and community organizations to develop long-term talent pipelines.
Support the company's participation in the North Carolina Training and Apprenticeship Program from an HR perspective.
Attend career fairs, campus events, and community outreach activities.
Partner with Marketing to develop recruitment content for job postings, social media, and recruiting events.
Support recruitment marketing initiatives designed to attract talent through multiple channels.
Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources on career ladders and internal mobility strategies for key talent.

Qualifications

Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial organizations.
Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting for both professional and hourly positions.
Experience influencing hiring leaders and implementing recruiting strategies without direct authority.
Strong understanding of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection best practices.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with HR, hiring managers, corporate headquarters, Marketing, and external talent partners.
