Description

Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist II
Pay Rate:
 $26.67 per hour, W2

  • Duration: 6 Month Contract
  • Work Mode: On-site only
  • Location: Spartanburg, SC
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for active requisitions and pipeline for future hiring needs across multiple segments of the company.
  • Collaborate with full life-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build targeted sourcing plans.
  • Attract external candidates to current and upcoming job opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key candidates and specific talent pools according to long-term organizational initiatives and direction.
  • Conduct thorough phone and email screening of identified candidates, including Human Resources and technical screening.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape and build a competitive intelligence knowledge base of companies and candidates.
  • Implement and execute a variety of candidate generation strategies, programs, and techniques.
  • Actively source diverse candidates from various sources and partner with central diversity efforts to consistently produce diverse talent.
  • Report to full life-cycle recruiters, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Hiring Manager on candidate pipeline status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment or related experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge base and prior experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience in various recruiting methodologies, including direct sourcing, networking, and cold calling.
  • General knowledge of recruitment/hiring laws and practices.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex recruitment and hiring issues with minimum guidance.
  • Proven success in an accountability-based culture.

Preferred Skills:

  • AIRS certifications (CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, CSMR, PRC, ECRE).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
