Industry exposure: staffing agencies or corporate Talent Acquisition teams
Core Skills:- Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → offer)
- LinkedIn Recruiter / Indeed / ATS systems
- Candidate sourcing (Boolean search, passive outreach)
- Interview coordination + stakeholder management
Metrics successful candidate should speak to:- Time-to-fill
- Req load
- Offer acceptance rate
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (not always required)
