Location: San Antonio, TX (Remote with local residency requirement)
Pay Rate: $21.75 - $36.75 per hour
Contract Length: 3 Months
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume recruiting efforts across academic and medical specialties. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the San Antonio, TX area and be available to work standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Source, assess, and identify qualified candidates for a variety of high-volume positions.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with hiring requirements.
- Manage recruiting activities across academic and medical specialty roles.
- Partner with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Apply talent acquisition best practices to attract and secure top talent.
- Support recruiting initiatives and contribute to meeting hiring goals.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles, practices, and recruiting methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification.

- Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Contractor is required to provide their own computer and equipment.
- 3-month contract assignment with immediate hiring needs.
