We''re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us attract some of the most sought-after professionals in the veterinary industry.

This is far more than a vacancy management role. You''ll act as a trusted partner to clinical leaders, using market insight, proactive sourcing and strategic influence to solve complex hiring challenges and secure top veterinary talent.

The veterinary talent market is highly competitive, with a limited pool of qualified Vets and Nurses across the UK and internationally.

Success in this role comes from building relationships, creating talent pipelines, influencing hiring decisions and developing innovative approaches to talent attraction. You''ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on our practices and ultimately help us deliver outstanding care to animals.

What you''ll be doing

• Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment for Vet and Nurse vacancies across your regions.
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and market engagement.
• Developing strong partnerships with clinical leaders to understand workforce challenges and hiring priorities.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing stakeholders to drive the best hiring outcomes.
• Providing valuable market intelligence and recruitment insights to support workforce planning.
• Exploring new sourcing channels and attraction strategies to engage hard-to-reach talent.
• Driving improvements across recruitment processes, candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
• Supporting the ongoing transformation of our recruitment and talent attraction function.

What we''re looking for

You''ll be an experienced recruiter who thrives in talent-short markets and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to solve hiring challenges.

We''re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:

• Significant experience recruiting for difficult-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and direct attraction strategies.
• A strong track record of building talent pipelines and candidate networks.
• A consultative and relationship-led approach to stakeholder management.
• Confidence influencing and challenging hiring managers at all levels.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align recruitment activity with business goals.
• Experience using recruitment data and market insights to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Resilience, adaptability and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for candidate experience and continuous improvement.

Experience recruiting within veterinary, healthcare or other specialist talent markets would be advantageous, but isn''t essential.
