Description

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to support our impactful programs and services. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our recruitment efforts and ensuring every candidate has a positive and inclusive experience.

Location: 305 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY
Hours: 35 Hours Week; Exempt
Salary Range: $72,948 - $81,054

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including pro-active sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize the Clear Company Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to:
    • Create and post job openings.
    • Track recruitment progress and onboarding milestones
    • Search resumes and manage candidate pipelines.
    • Communicate with internal candidates and hiring managers.
  • Train hiring managers (in-person and remotely) on Clear Company usage and provide basic technical support.
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email and text through Clear Company to promote recruiting events and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop customized recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries and support.
  • Guide both hiring managers and candidates through each stage of the recruitment process, offering expert consultation and troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and refine strategies as needed.
  • Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including online platforms, advertising, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events at colleges and community organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Assist with preparing and sending offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of diversified recruitment experience, with a strong preference for experience in the social services sector.
  • Minimum two years experience working in a Human Resource Department in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition capacity required.
  • Skilled in behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Committed to delivering proactive customer service and adaptable in meeting dynamic staffing needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ADP, and various internet-based recruiting platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
  • Willing and able to travel throughout New York City via public transportation for recruitment events and site visits.
