We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the Talent Acquisition team as well as full-cycle recruiting for technical Engineering roles across Research and Development and Operations/Manufacturing. The portfolio includes software, electrical, mechanical, biomedical, manufacturing, supply chain and related positions supporting the design, development, production, and continuous improvement of medical devices.

Core Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Hiring: Lead the entire recruiting process from intake meetings and job postings through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer development and negotiation, and onboarding support .

Strategic Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using professional networks, job boards, and direct headhunting.

Business Advising: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, analyze the job market, conduct compensation analysis and set realistic salary expectations.

Employer Branding: Promote company culture and values to attract top-tier talent to the organization.

Process Improvement: Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill and improve workflows using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Actively participate as a member of the Biotronik global Talent Acquisition Community, to enable knowledge exchange, support, learning and lots of positive energy

Key Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake and sourcing through interviews, offer development and negotiation, pre-employment activities, and onboarding support for positions ranging from entry level through management.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of technical recruiting experience, experience in medical devices, high-tech manufacturing, or another regulated environment is preferred.
• Find active and passive candidates using professional networks, job boards, and direct headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, analyze the job market, and set realistic salary expectations.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Success Factors and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Desire to continue to learn, grow and adapt with changing recruiting needs.
• Affinity for high-tech and/or medical technology.
• Very strong communication skills needed. High level of social and interpersonal IQ; ability to read people well necessary.
• Strong team player: ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a desire to achieve great things together as a TEAM, based on celebrating even small successes.
• A positive mindset: believing in the importance of making a change in people's lives every day.
