Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and results-oriented High Volume Frontline Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and placing top talent in specialized non-exempt frontline positions to build our customer-obsessed culture. You will join a collaborative, high-performing team focused on internal and external customer satisfaction, leveraging your expertise in full life-cycle recruitment and candidate generation.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities):

  • Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to consistently meet internal customer capacity needs within a Key Performance Indicator-driven environment.

  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates across multiple geographic regions to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining consistent applicant engagement and nurturing candidates through complex processes.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications):

  • 4+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments such as retail, logistics, operations, a recruitment agency or RPO.

  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, with a specific preference for Workday, and high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring practices.

  • Proven ability in analytical talent assessment, stakeholder management across diverse job profiles, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced culture.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
