Our facilities run because of the people we find, hire, and set up to succeed and this role owns that end to end. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for facility talent across the U.S. and Canada, from Team Leads and Trainers up through Supervisors, Operations Managers, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers, with the flexibility to jump in on HQ hiring whenever the business needs an extra set of hands. This is a role for someone who's equal parts sourcer, closer, and hype person, someone who can build a pipeline from nothing, keep candidates genuinely excited through the process, and stay just as sharp on the administrative side, from requisitions to scheduling to offer paperwork. If you like people, thrive on organization, and want a seat where no two weeks look the same, keep reading.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties

This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the teammate occupying this position. The selected candidate may perform other related duties assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for facility roles

  • Partner with hiring managers and facility leadership to translate staffing needs into a real sourcing strategy, not just a job posting

  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, referrals, social channels, recruiting firms, job fairs, and good old-fashioned networking

  • Keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage, no one should be left wondering where they stand

  • Interview candidates to assess work history, training, education, and job skills, and to make sure they're a fit for the role and the team

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current and anticipated staffing needs across a growing, multi-site footprint

  • Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes

  • Conduct reference and background checks on candidates as part of the hiring process

  • Own the administrative backbone of the hiring process, requisitions, interview scheduling, offer letters, and applicant tracking, so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Travel to facilities across the U.S. and Canada as needed, and jump in on HQ recruiting support when the business calls for it

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on recruiting experience

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume or multi-location recruiting, ideally across warehouse, logistics, or operations environments

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, negotiation, and Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Updated knowledge of laws, practices and compliance requirements

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to keep momentum on a search even in a tight market

  • A genuine people-person who enjoys building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HQ teammates alike

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, trackers, calendars, and follow-ups are second nature

  • Comfortable wearing an admin hat, scheduling, data entry, offer letters, whenever the job calls for it

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple facilities and time zones

  • Willingness to travel to facilities across the U.S. and Canada as needed
