Responsibilities Job Summary Hussmann is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume technician recruiting across our U.S. Branch Services organization. This is a high-impact role with direct ownership of hiring outcomes, partnering closely with business leaders to meet critical workforce needs. You will be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team focused on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and a strong candidate experience. This role plays an important role of keeping our branch operations running smoothly by ensuring we attract and hire skilled technicians efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume technician roles across the U.S. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to hiring goals Lead talent strategy discussions to ensure clear alignment on role requirements and priorities Source and build pipelines of active and passive candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs Assess candidate qualifications through structured screening and evaluation, recommending top talent for consideration Manage the interview process, including scheduling and coordination, to ensure efficient and positive candidate experience Influence hiring decisions by providing market insight, candidate perspective, and recruiting expertise Track and use recruiting metrics to monitor progress, identify gaps, and adjust strategies as needed Maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership Ensure a consistent, compliant hiring process while delivering a high-quality candidate experience Serve as a brand ambassador for Hussmann at events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking opportunities Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience or a minimum of 7 years of experience without a degree. College degree is preferred. Proven ability to source active and passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques Experience working with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and operate as a trusted advisor Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, and affirmative action Proven ability to build and manage diverse talent pipelines Location St. Louis, MO Benefits & Perks - What's In It For You Hussmann is committed to supporting your total wellbeing through a wide variety of benefits and wellness programs to support your physical, emotional, financial, social, and environmental health.
