IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role supports the corporate talent acquisition team for a leading organization in the automotive industry, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and partnering directly with hiring managers across various organizational levels.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Partner :
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer and closing.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
- Source proactively to attract diverse talent across different organizational levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Support the organizations employment branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction efforts.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Partner :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of related experience required
- Fully competent professional with in-depth knowledge and experience in staffing and recruitment
- Experience in staffing/recruitment and business partner experience
- Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
