Contract Details (Contract roles only):
  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 2 months
  • Start: As Soon As Possible
  • Pay Rate: $21.25 - 27.10/hr
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required for peak periods)
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides high-volume recruiting support for Distribution Centers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring operations. This role acts as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and HR teams while managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support multiple recruiters and distribution center locations in a high-volume environment
  • Act as liaison between candidates, recruiters, and HR Business Partners
  • Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews
  • Draft and send offer letters to candidates
  • Initiate and track background checks and adjudicate employment/education flags
  • Partner with HR, compliance, payroll, and internal teams to ensure accurate onboarding
  • Communicate proactively with candidates via email, phone, and text
  • Track applicant flow and manage candidate data in ATS systems
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare new hires for orientation
  • Manage 100+ candidates weekly during peak hiring periods
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
