Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 plus annual performance bonus

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a growing accounting and professional services client. This role will lead talent planning and recruiting coordination across a multi-location organization, managing hiring priorities from initial workforce planning through the new hire’s start date.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talent acquisition professional who understands accounting recruitment, enjoys managing multiple searches, and wants the visibility to help build a scalable recruiting function.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify immediate and future hiring needs
  • Convert staffing needs into prioritized searches with defined timelines, budgets, and hiring criteria
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches across different teams and locations
  • Coordinate external recruiting firms, staffing agencies, and sourcing resources
  • Monitor candidate pipelines and hold recruiting partners accountable for quality and responsiveness
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and pre-employment communication
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and reporting on open positions, pipeline activity, and time-to-fill
  • Support onboarding, employee engagement, career development, and retention initiatives
  • Provide compensation and talent-market insights to business leaders
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience within an agency, RPO, or corporate recruiting environment
  • Accounting or professional services recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing 10+ active searches across multiple teams, offices, or business units
  • Demonstrated success managing external recruiting firms and agency relationships
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing platforms
  • Strong executive communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Bachelor’s degree required
