Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires of all levels for Red Roof
  • Work with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Manage the recruiting module in the HRIS system (i.e. UKG, ADP, Workday, etc.)
  • Conduct new hire orientation for all new employees
  • Process new hire paperwork, ensure employee information is correct
  • Review and update job descriptions
  • Update company organizational chart on a regular basis
  • Manage talent acquisition based projects, such as compensation reviews, purchasing new hire welcome gifts, interview guides, internal application process, etc.
  • Assist with other human resource processes as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruiting
  • Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks
  • Intermediate knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • The ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem - solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
