Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage a team to fill vacant positions with high-quality candidates to allow the organization to effectively fulfill our mission. Hold team accountable for production, quality and efficiency. Manage the entire talent acquisition process through oversight of team and partnership with hiring leaders. Act as liaison with Vice Presidents and their teams to ensure proactive recruitment activities. Provide proactive reporting and internal customer service. Communicate future needs and recommendations to senior leadership. This position also actively recruits and carries a requisition load primarily of leadership openings. Manage and perform functions to screen, interview, and recruit job candidates within a specified region, guided by precedent and working within established policies.
Your Responsibilities:
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields from an accredited college or university, and at least five years of recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous leadership experience preferred. Previous experience properly handling staffing and employment issues.
Physical Requirements
This position works under usual office conditions. The associate is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise a unit of Talent Acquisition Partners.
Travel
Work involves driving/traveling to assigned properties and other locations for recruiting or networking events.
