    The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the TA team of recruiters and coordination support.  This role will be a key position to drive success and metrics within the TA team.  Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will participate in strategic improvements to Human Resources department processes.          

    As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

    • Lead business unit recruitment team, ensuring tiered sourcing strategies and best practices are followed, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effectiveness and timely filling of roles. Assist in the sourcing of passive qualified candidates for open and future requisitions to fill internal positions.
    • Provide exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and accessibility to candidates and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened, ensuring that compliance practices have been enforced before inclusion into the recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to develop a workforce staffing plan for recruitment strategy for business units, both in terms of short term and long-term needs, that ensures a top talent pipeline while understanding hiring forecasts and priorities.
    • Partner with Campus Recruiting Manager to develop internship programs, campus recruiting strategies, and other recruiting pipelines.
    • Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques.
    • Oversee candidate interview process with hiring managers to ensure optimal candidate interview experience.
    • Recommend final candidates, extend offers of employment and initiate pre-boarding process.
    • Optimize talent acquisition (TA) technology to ensure efficiency and return on investment (ROI) for products used.
    • Continuously research labor and employment trends for areas of focus.
    • Reporting, analyzing, and communicating hiring metrics to the TA team.

    Minimum qualifications required:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience in the staffing industry or corporate human resources environment including implementing sourcing strategies such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience within a high-volume recruiting environment.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team.
    • Experience with talent acquisition technology and applications including applicant tracking systems (ATS), artificial intelligence (AI), targeted ads, search strings, etc.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation within requisitions and candidateapplications as well as hiring manager feedback.
    • Ability to ensure individual and team key recruiting performance metrics are achieved utilizing timemanagement, delegation, and organizational skills.
    • Strong understanding of federal and state employment regulations and ability to handle confidentialinformation.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including ability to build and maintain relationships atall levels within the organization.
    Preferred skills:
    • Experience recruiting for STEM-related roles.
    • Recruiting experience following Office of Federal Contract and Compliance (OFCCP) guidelines or EEO/AA.
    • Experience with recruiting emerging technologies or CRM’s
